Top 10 P4P Rankings

1.  Vasyl Lomachenko (11-1, 9 KOs)
His last outing was one of the best of his career, a stoppage win over Jorge Linares.  Lomachenko has been out of the ring since that May victory and there is no word yet on when he will make his return.  When he does return expect him to face-off against another top opponent.

2.  Terence Crawford (33-0, 24 KOs)
It could have easily been Crawford in the top spot on this list, and with a few more marquee wins he might be.  He's fresh off a dominant performance over Jeff Horn to capture a welterweight title and while there is no word yet on his next fight names like Errol Spence Jr., Manny Pacquiao and Mikey Garcia have been mentioned.

3.  Gennady Golovkin (38-0-1, 34 KOs)
After dominating Vanes Martirosyan in May, Golovkin will waste no time getting back to action.  On Sept. 15 Golovkin and Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez will meet for their much anticipated rematch.  While it can be argued that Golovkin won their first meeting, he will look to make things more decisive this time around.

4.  Mikey Garcia (39-0, 30 KOs)
After easily handling Robert Easter Jr. in a lightweight title fight, Garcia is setting his sights on a much bigger opponent.  Garcia has stated that he wants to move up to the welterweight division to challenge current IBF champion Errol Spence Jr.  Since both fighters work with Al Haymon it's a fight that could actually be made fairly easily.

5.  Errol Spence Jr. (24-0, 21 KOs)
In June Spence destroyed Carlos Ocampo in the very first round.  There is no word yet on when his next fight will be or who he will take on but a few big names have been floated.  Mikey Garcia has been calling for a fight with Spence, but the IBF welterweight champion could also take on Terence Crawford in what would be an excellent fight.

6.  Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez (49-1-2, 34 KOs)
The original date for the rematch between Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin had to be scraped when Alvarez tested positive for a banned substance.  That result certainly took some of the luster off of Alvarez's career but an impressive win over Golovkin could help put him back in the good graces of boxing fans.

7.  Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (46-4-1, 41 KOs)
After some personal issues that forced Rungvisai to take a short break from action he looked strong in his return, stopping Young Gil Bae in the opening round of their July bout.  His next fight is already scheduled for Oct. 6 and he will be taking on Iran Diaz.

8.  Naoya Inoue (16-0, 14 KOs)
If people hadn't taken notice of Inoue before they sure did when he moved up in weight to stop Jamie McDonnell in May.  There is no date set for Inoue's return to the ring but when he gets back to action expect him to be as good as ever.

9.  Oleksandr Usyk (15-0, 11 KOs)
Usyk became the undisputed cruiserweight champion of the world when he easily handled Murat Gassiev in July.  There is no date set yet for his return but there are strong rumors forming that Usyk will fight heavyweight contender Tony Bellow.  However, that fight must happen before the end of 2018 since Bellew plans to retire at the end of the year.

10.  Leo Santa Cruz (35-1-1, 19 KOs)
When Eleider Alvarez stopped Sergey Kovalev, who was ranked seventh pound-for-pound at the time, it dropped Kovalev out of the top 10.  Moving onto the list is Santa Cruz who is fresh off a unanimous decision victory of Abner Mares in June.  No word yet on when he will return to the ring but expect it to be against another quality opponent.
