Top 10 P4P Rankings

1.  Vasyl Lomachenko (11-1, 9 KOs)
In his last two fights Lomachenko took on two extremely talented fighters in Guillermo Rigondeaux and Jorge Linares.  Lomachenko made Rigondeaux quit and knocked Linares out.  He is clearly a supreme offensive talent and rumors are swirling that he will next showcase that talent against WBO lightweight champion Raymundo Beltran.

2.  Terence Crawford (33-0, 24 KOs)
Crawford recently moved up in weight to challenge WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn for his title.  Crawford completely dominated Horn on his way to a ninth round stoppage.  There seems to be no stopping the switch-hitting Crawford and social media is already salivating about a possible showdown with IBF champion Errol Spence Jr., although don't expect that fight to happen next.

3.  Gennady Golovkin (38-0-1, 34 KOs)
After what seemed like more than enough drama to last an entire career, the rematch between Golovkin and Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez is finally set.  The two will meet on September 15 and fans are hoping for better scoring, or a knockout, the second time around.  If Golovkin does beat Alvarez in September there will be a long line of young middleweight gunning for him.

4.  Mikey Garcia (38-0, 30 KOs)
After moving up to the junior welterweight division and capturing an IBF title, Garcia will drop back down to lightweight for his next fight.  That fight will pit Garcia and his WBC title against Robert Easter Jr. and his IBF title in what should be an excellent unification fight.  Garcia remains supremely confident no matter what division he's fighting in and has even recently called out Errol Spence Jr, a big welterweight.

5.  Errol Spence Jr. (24-0, 21 KOs)
Spence had already proven himself to be one of the best body punchers in boxing and he reiterated that in his most recent fight.  Spence took on contender Carlos Ocampo and wasted no time in dispatching the challenger.  In the final seconds of the opening round Spence caught Ocampo with a pair of body shots that ended his night.  No word on Spence's next fight but plenty of fighters have his name in their mouths.

6.  Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez (49-1-2, 34 KOs)
The ridiculous drama and back and forth surrounding a possible rematch between Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin is finally over.  Alvarez and Golovkin will meet on September 15 where Golovkin will look to prove he won the first fight and Alvarez will look to erase any drug suspension from the mind of fans.  The middleweight division is stacked so even the loser of the rematch should find himself a high-profile dance partner.

7.  Sergey Kovalev (32-2-1, 28 KOs)
Kovalev has rebounded very nicely after suffering back-to-back losses to Andre Ward, even if many feel he should be 1-1 in those two fights.  Kovalev has gone 2-0 with two knockouts since his last loss and his next fight is set for August.  In that fight Kovalev will defend his WBO light heavyweight title against the undefeated Eleider Alvarez.

8.  Keith Thurman (28-0, 22 KOs)
Thurman last fought in March of 2017 when he beat Danny Garcia in what was the biggest victory of his career.  Since that win Thurman has been sidelined due to injuries.  His next fight is tentatively scheduled for August 4 but with that fight just over a month away there is still no opponent.  Thurman has already turned many fans off because of his injuries and the fact that he had no plan to jump into the ring with Errol Spence Jr. anytime soon.  To get back in their good graces Thurman needs an opponent with some name recognition.

9.  Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (45-4-1, 40 KOs)
Rungvisai was supposed to fight a rematch with Juan Francisco Estrada.  However, he pulled out of that fight after splitting up with his longtime girlfriend and has since split with his longtime manager.  Instead of waiting until September for that rematch with Estrada, Rungivsai will instead take a non-title fight in his native Thailand.  That fight will take place on July 21 against Young Gil Bae.

10.  Naoya Inoue (16-0, 14 KOs)
Inoue is still just a few months out from his first round destruction of Jamie McDonnell, where he took McDonnell's WBA bantamweight title.  Certainly fans wouldn't mind seeing a fight been Inoue and Luis Nery but there are also a lot of good fights to be made for Inoue should he move up in weight and challenge some of the top names in the junior featherweight division.  Inoue just moved up to the bantamweight division though so don't expect a jump to junior featherweight anytime soon.
