Top 10 P4P Rankings

# 1  Guillermo Rigondeaux (17-0, 11 KO)
On April 3 fans may finally get clarity about when Rigondeaux will fight next.  There is a purse bid set for his fight with Moises Flores and hopefully he is back in the ring soon.  His last opponent left the ring with a broken jaw, he rarely eats a punch, and most elite level fighters run the other way when his name is brought up.  He may not be respected but he is number one.

# 2  Andre Ward (31-0, 15 KO)
After getting a very close, and hotly disputed win over Sergey Kovalev, Ward has made plenty of headlines.  First he said he might retire and he is still dragging his feet regarding a Kovalev rematch, a rematch the Russian greatly deserves.  Hopefully fans get to see a rematch and a more clear victory for either fighter.

# 3  Sergey Kovalev (30-1-1, 26 KO)
In his last fight Kovalev lost a close decision to Andre Ward.  Many didn't agree with the decision and Kovalev, who dropped Ward in that fight, has been chasing the rematch and has been very vocal about it.  According to Kovalev he has already signed the paperwork for the rematch and now he is just waiting for Ward.

# 4  Roman Gonzalez (46-1, 38 KO)
It is clear now that Gonzalez is not the same fighter at 115 pounds that he was at 112.  In his second fight at that weight he was dropped in the first round and had trouble gaining control of the action against Srisaket Sor Rungivai.  However, he eventually did take control and ended up throwing more punches, landing more punches, and connected at a higher percentage.  Somehow all that equaled up to Gonzalez being handed his first loss.  It was a robbery but that doesn't mean that Gonzalez seems to be declining.

# 5  Gennady Golovkin (37-0, 33 KO)
In his last fight Golovkin took on Daniel Jacobs and did not get the knockout victory fans have been accustomed to.  He did drop Jacobs in the fifth round but Jacobs fought well until the final bell.  Despite not scoring the knockout Golovkin did fight well and was clearly deserving of the win so he remains in the fifth spot.

# 6  Terence Crawford (30-0, 21 KO)
Crawford is one of boxing's newest stars and after easily demolishing John Molina in his most recent fight his next bout is set.  That fight will take place on May 20 against Felix Diaz.  That should be a very competitive fight with Crawford's WBC and WBO junior welterweight titles on the line.

# 7  Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (48-1-1, 34 KO)
While fans continue to criticize Alvarez for seeming to avoid Gennady Golovkin, all Alvarez does is keep winning.  His last fight was an easy win over Liam Smith and his next fight is scheduled for May 6 in a fight that should be like a holiday in Mexico.  That is because Alvarez will take on Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. who is much bigger and may be actually taking training seriously for this fight.

# 8  Manny Pacquiao (59-6-2, 38 KO)
In his last fight the aging great dropped, and easily beat Jessie Vargas.  While his next fight hasn't been set yet there has been talk of a bout against the unknown Jeff Horn or Amir Khan.  Neither fighter is deserving of the fight and certainly most fans would rather see Pacquiao take on a young gun like Terence Crawford or Keith Thurman instead.

# 9  Vasyl Lomachenko (7-1, 5 KO)
There is no denying Lomachenko's talent and be sure that he will continue to rise on this list.  After straight up embarrassing Nicholas Walters last year Lomachenko's first fight of 2017 is set.  Lomachenko will take on Jason Sosa on April 8 in a fight no one expects Sosa to win.  Going forward Lomachenko may become one of the most avoided men in all of boxing.

# 10  Keith Thurman (28-0, 22 KO)
Thurman is one of boxing's rising stars and he is fresh off the biggest win of his career.  That win came over the previously unbeaten Danny Garcia and now, outside of Manny Pacquiao, he is the best welterweight in the sport.  Timothy Bradley previously held this spot but it has almost been a year since his last time in the ring and with no fight on the horizon he has been removed.
