Nava looks to make it nine in a row
Jackie Nava vs. Ana Maria Lozano: On Saturday one of the best female boxers in the sport, Jackie Nava (32-4-3, 14 KO), will take on Ana Maria Lozano (13-5-1, 10 KO) on beIN Sports Espanol.  Their 10-round bout will take place in the junior featherweight division and Nava will look to continue her winning streak and make it nine wins in a row.  Nava is an orthodox fighter who loves to counter punch.  She is very adept at parrying punches and returning fire, or as Paulie Malignaggi loves to say, catch and shoot.  Nava has quick hands and a nice up and down jab and she works behind a high guard.  Along with his jab Nava has a solid left hook and a right hand that might be her best punch.  However, sometimes she can get herself in trouble by staying in the pocket too long and she needs to really use her legs against the heavy hitting Lozano.  Nava didn't fight at all in 2016 and hasn't been in the ring since February of 2015.  However, ring rust usually isn't a problem for her, after taking all of 2013 off she came back to win all three of her fights in 2014.  As for Lozano, she is also an orthodox fighter and in her last 10 fights she has gone 5-4-1 and she is 2-2-1 in her last five.  While Lozano's hands may night be as fast as Nava's, she does hit harder.  Lozano likes to fight from the outside where she can use her jab to set up a nice right hand but she puts in her best work with her left hook.  Lozano loves to leave her left hand very low so her hook comes in from awkward angles.  While Lozano may have the power to hurt Nava the last time Nava was knocked out was back in 2006.  Nava's hand speed and counter punching will be the difference in this fight as she fights her way to a unanimous decision victory.

Munguia looks to remain unbeaten
Jaime Munguia vs. Juan Macias Montiel: Saturday's co-feature will pit two very young, and very heavy hitting fighters against each other.  Those fighters are Jaime Munguia (19-0, 16 KO) and Juan Macias Montiel (19-3-1, 19 KO).  That fight is scheduled to go 10 rounds from the welterweight division, one of the most talented and deepest in all of boxing.  Munguia is a big welterweight and his last fight, which came in December was a middleweight bout.  He fights out of the orthodox stance and the young fighter still needs to improve on coming in behind his jab and not leaving his chin hanging out when he thinks he is at a safe distance.  However, Munguia does have a heavy left hook, especially to the body, along with a big right hand.  That power in both hands makes Munguia a dangerous opponent and although he has never faced a notable opponent yet he has beaten everyone put in front of him and is currently riding a 10-fight knockout streak.  Montiel is also an orthodox fighter and he too is a big welterweight and has fought as high as the middleweight division.  Montiel's style is an awkward one because he will often keep both hands low and he isn't a busy puncher at all.  Instead he likes to look for opportunities to land his big right hand.  While his left hook can also do damage too often it comes in very wide.  Defensively neither of these fighters is all that good but Montiel doesn't seem to handle pressure well, especially when he finds himself up against the ropes.  This won't be the most skilled fight but it will have plenty of power punches and it will be Munguia who comes away victorious by the way of unanimous decision.
