Top 10 P4P Rankings

# 1   Floyd Mayweather (47-0, 26 KO)
Mayweather dominated Marcos Maidana in their rematch but his defense seems to have faded slightly.  He has two fights left on his contract with Showtime and has said he will retire when its up.  However don't expect him to leave all that money on the table he would make for a 50th fight.

# 2   Andre Ward (27-0, 14 KO)
In recent years Ward has spend more time as an HBO analyst then a boxer.  His talent is undeniable and there may be no legitimate threat to his title.  However his inactivity is frustrating to boxing fans and could really hurt his career in the long run.

# 3   Guillermo Rigondeaux (14-0, 9 KO)
Rigondeaux is one of the most talented fighters in the sport and also one of the most avoided.  He doesn't bring a bug fan base with him so top fighters don't feel the need to take the risk in fighting him.  He is currently a promotional free agent and rumors swirling around right now say he may fight Scott Quigg next.

# 4   Wladimir Klitschko (62-3, 52 KO)
Klitschko is almost ready to resume training for his fight against Kubrat Pulev.  Klitschko suffered a tear to his left biceps which caused the fight to be postponed.  While Pulev probably won't give Klitschko any trouble there are a growing number of heavyweight prospects who could.

# 5   Manny Pacquiao (56-5-2, 38 KO)
Pacquiao's next fight comes against Chris Algieri on November 22nd.  While most people don't give Algieri a chance he is a quality fighter.  If Pacquiao wins this fight then expect the rumors and trash talking to heat up once again as fans hold their breath for a fight between Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather.

# 6   Timothy Bradley (31-1, 12 KO)
Bradley will most likely return to the ring on December 13th.  His opponent is rumored to be Argentine slugger Diego Chaves and that would be a fight that could provide fans with plenty of action.  If Bradley were to get passed Chaves a big name fight would be in his future.

# 7   Juan Manuel Marquez (56-7-1, 40 KO)
Marquez thrilled fans with his last fight against Mike Alvarado in May.  The Mexican legend still hasn't decided whether or not he will retire but if he chooses to continue fighting there will be a line of fighters knocking on his door.

# 8   Mikey Garcia (34-0, 28 KO)
Garcia due to legal issues probably won't make his return to the squared circle until 2015.  However that doesn't take away from the fact that he is one of the smartest fighters in the sport and can win fights by out boxing his opponents or simply knocking them out.

# 9   Miguel Cotto (39-4, 32 KO)
A few years ago it seemed as if Cotto's legendary career was coming to an end.  Then he teamed up with trainer Freddie Roach who brought back Cotto's old style of attacking the body and it has paid off.  There is no word yet on Cotto's next opponent but he will have plenty of fighters to chose from.

# 10  Gennady Golovkin (30-0, 27 KO)
Golovkin will make his return to the ring on October 18th against Mexican slugger Marco Antonio Rubio.  If Golovkin can get passed Rubio a mega fight should be in his near future however Rubio will be the biggest puncher he has ever faced and that bout should be an exciting one for fans.
