Top 10 P4P Rankings

# 1   Floyd Mayweather (45-0, 26 KO)
Mayweather's next fight is less than a week away.  He will be challenged by the powerful Marcos Maidana but unless Maidana connects with a miracle punch Mayweather should remain undefeated on his quest to become "The Best Ever" and perhaps even 50-0.

# 2   Andre Ward (27-0, 14 KO)
Fans are growing increasingly tired of Ward's inactivity due to promotional issues and injuries.  Ward only fought once in 2013 and once in 2014 and while there are many big names at 160, 168, and 175 pounds that he could fight there is still no word on when he will actually get back into the ring.

# 3   Sergio Martinez (51-2-2, 28 KO)
Martinez will have his highest profile fight since Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. when he fights Miguel Cotto on June 7th.  A win would reestablish Martinez as one of the best boxers in the world while a loss would certainly drop him from the top 5 rankings.

# 4   Guillermo Rigondeaux (13-0, 8 KO)
Rigondeaux might be back in the ring in July but that is still unofficial.  While HBO, Top Rank, and many fans seem fed up with the defense first, counter punching style of Rigondeaux there is no disputing his superior boxing skills.  Some high profile fights would do a lot to cement Rigondeaux's place in the top 5 rankings.

# 5   Wladimir Klitschko (62-3, 52 KO)
Klitschko won his fight on Saturday against the utterly outclassed Alex Leapai and he did so by knockout.  Against Alexander Povetkin, Klitschko looked slow and unwilling to fight, however his dominant performance over Leapai will keep him in the top 5 rankings for the time being.

# 6   Manny Pacquiao (56-5-2, 38 KO)
Pacquiao got his revenge against Timothy Bradley in their rematch but at this point in his career is no longer a top 5 P4P fighter.  He is currently in talks to sign an extension with Top Rank which would certainly kill any possibility of a fight with Floyd Mayweather anytime soon.

# 7   Timothy Bradley (31-1, 12 KO)
Bradley's loss to Manny Pacquiao was the first of his career but shouldn't be a huge setback.  Bradley changed his defensive, counter punching minded style against Pacquiao in favor of looking for one fight ending punch which was his downfall.  If Bradley goes back to his old ways the winning should continue.

# 8   Juan Manuel Marquez (55-7-1, 40 KO)
Marquez will be back in the ring in may against Mike Alvarado, a fighter who may be shot at this point.  Marquez is at the end of his career and doesn't have many options if he beats Alvarado outside of another go around with Manny Pacquiao or a rematch with Timothy Bradley.

# 9   Nonito Donaire (32-2, 21 KO)
Donaire will be back in action in May against the dangerous Simpiwe Vetyeka.  He will not be trained by Robert Garcia for this fight and the time of Donaire as a top 10 P4P fighter could be winding down.  A loss would drop him from the rankings and could even end his career.

# 10  Mikey Garcia (34-0, 28 KO)
The 10 spot was held last month by Danny Garcia even though he arguably lost to Mauricio Herrera.  Upon further review of that fight it was clear Danny Garcia is not at the moment a top 10 fighter.  That left the 10 spot open for rising star Mikey Garcia to claim, a spot that may just be a springboard for Garcia to rise even higher.
