Top 10 P4P Rankings

# 1   Floyd Mayweather (45-0, 26 KO)
Mayweather's next opponent will be the hard hitting, very aggressive, Marcos Maidana.  Unless Maidana is able to land a miracle punch Mayweather should outbox him and cruise to another victory.  However there could be some interesting fights for Mayweather on the horizon.

# 2   Andre Ward (27-0, 14 KO)
Still no word on who Ward will fight next but fans have to be getting fed up with his constant injuries and long layoffs between bouts.  While he is one of the best fighters in the sport he isn't a superstar by any means and will need a big fight his next time in the ring.  He is talking about moving up to 175 lbs. but before he does there could be bouts with Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. or Gennady Golovkin.

# 3   Sergio Martinez (51-2-2, 28 KO)
It is not official that Martinez will fight Miguel Cotto on June 7th at Madison Square Garden.  That night will be a huge event for boxing and should be a classic fight.  A loss to Cotto would drop Martinez clear out of the top 5 and could propel Cotto back into the top 10.

# 4   Guillermo Rigondeaux (13-0, 8 KO)
HBO and Top Rank both seem fed up with Rigondeaux's defensive first, counter punching style and that may be a good thing for Rigondeaux.  The only fight for Rigondeaux with HBO and Top Rank is a rematch with Nonito Donaire but if Rigondeaux were able to move to Golden Boy he would have many more options.

# 5   Wladimir Klitschko (61-3, 51 KO)
Klitschko's next opponent should be a pushover and if he turns in another performance like he did against Alexander Povetkin he will be dropped from the top 5.  However there could be some interesting bouts in the near future against the likes of Bermane Stiverne, Chris Arreola, and perhaps even Deontay Wilder.

# 6   Timothy Bradley (31-0, 12 KO)
On April 12th Bradley will once again take on Manny Pacquiao.  This time around Bradley hopes to get another win but this time he hopes its legit and much more convincing than their first bout.  A clear win over Pacquiao may be enough to propel Bradley into the top 3 and certainly will see him in the top 5.

# 7   Juan Manuel Marquez (55-7-1, 40 KO)
Marquez will take on the tough Mike Alvarado on May 17th in what should be a good action fight.  The winner of that fight will get the winner of Pacquiao-Bradley II, a fight that Marquez desperately wants, especially if Bradley comes out on top.

# 8   Manny Pacquiao (55-5-2, 38 KO)
While Pacquiao looked good against Brandon Rios not much can be taken away from that fight.  Rios was made to order for Pacquiao and fans will really see just how much he has left after that brutal KO at the hands of Juan Manuel Marquez when he faces Timothy Bradley in April.

# 9   Nonito Donaire (32-2, 21 KO)
Donaire was down on the cards to Vic Darchinyan but scored a career saving knockout.  His power hasn't gone anywhere and if his confidence continues to rise he will continue to be a top 10 P4P fighter.  His next bout is on May 31st in China against the relatively unknown Simpiwe Vetyeka and if he wins a rematch with Guillermo Rigondeaux could be next.

# 10  Danny Garcia (28-0, 16 KO)
Garcia looked bad against Mauricio Herrera in a trap fight and the case could be made he actually lost that fight and shouldn't be ranked in the top 10 anymore.  However it was a close fight and he was awarded the victory so he remains in the 10 spot.  Another performance like that however will certainly see him dropped from the rankings.
