BREAKING NEWS

The May 3rd bout between Floyd Mayweather (45-0, 26 KO) and slugger Marcos Maidana (35-3, 31 KO) dubbed "The Moment" now has it's undercard set.  While this card won't be as high profile as Mayweather's last PPV when Lucas Mattyhsse and Danny Garcia were the co-feature it still has some solid fighters and a lot of intrigue.  The co-feature for "The Moment" will be Amir Khan (28-3, 19 KO) taking on Luis Collazo (35-5, 18 KO) who is coming off a big knockout win against Victor Ortiz.  Fans will remember Khan was in the running to face Mayweather on May 3rd and even won Mayweather's fan poll but was pushed aside for Maidana.  However with a win Khan would be right back in the running to take on Mayweather in September.  Another fight on the card will be Adrien Broner (27-1, 22 KO) coming off his first loss as a pro to Maidana against Carlos Molina (17-1-1, 8 KO).  An interesting note is that Broner lost his last fight to Maidana while Molina is also coming of a loss at the hands of Khan both of whom appear on this card.  The bout that will open the show is between the Mayweather promoted fighter  J'Leon Love (17-0, 10 KO) as he faces off against Marco Antonio Periban (20-1-1, 13 KO).  While this may not be the best PPV card in recent years it is very solid with many notable fighters and with Mayweather only having a few fights left in his historic career it is a must order.
