There was always whispers of a possible rematch and now it will happen.
Nonito Donaire (31-2, 20 KO) will be taking on Vic Darchinyan (39-5-1,
28 KO) on November 9th in a 10 round featherweight fight. That will be
another massive night for HBO who is closing out 2013 in strong
fashion. November 9th will be a tripleheader for HBO with Vanes
Martirosyan (33-0-1, 21 KO) taking on Demetrius Andrade (19-0, 13 KO) to
start the night and Donaire/Darchinyan II in the middle slot. The main
event of the night is still up in the air but word is that it will
likely be Mickey Garcia (32-0, 27 KO) fighting for the junior
lightweight title against Rocky Martinez (27-1-2, 16 KO).
