If boxing fans were polled on which commentators they wanted calling the historic fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao chances are the answer would have been Jim Lampley and Al Bernstein. Well according to reports boxing fans will get their wish. Reports are surfacing that Jim Lampley (HBO) will be handling the blow-by-blow duties while Al Bernstein (Showtime) will be handling the color commentary. Sitting ringside with the two Hall of Fame inductees will be expert analyst Roy Jones Jr.(HBO). Lampley is widely regarded as the best blow-by-blow man in the history of the sport and Bernstein cannot be matched in his work ringside. Also HBO's Max Kellerman and Showtime's Jim Gray will be doing all of the interview duties come fight night. This will be a historic fight and it is nice to see that the networks put the right team together for such a special night.
