Garcia is young and undefeated
Horacio Garcia vs. Fernando Lumacad: With three fight cards set for Saturday one that may get overlooked is a 12 round bout between Horacio Garcia (24-0, 16 KO) and Fernando Lumacad (29-6-3, 12 KO) in the junior featherweight division.  But big time boxing fans will certainly want to tune in, especially to see the 23 year old Garcia.  Not only is Garcia tantalizingly talented with a ton of power but this fight against Lumacad will be his toughest challenge to date.  Lumacad has boxed many more rounds than Garcia has and his level of opposition is much higher.  Lumacad has faced top fighters such as Jorge Arce and Hernan "Tyson" Marquez and while he lost both fights the lessons he learned taking on such high level fighters is immeasurable.  However more recently Lumacad has been used as a stepping stone fighter for hot young prospects.  The reason many young fighters choose to fight Lumacad is because he doesn't have a lot of power, and while he is very solid defensively he doesn't have a good chin and has had to get off the canvas numerous times.  This fight isn't exactly a showcase fight for Garcia but there is a good chance he will look impressive.  I expect the fight to be pretty evenly matched until the middle rounds when Garcia will start to take over on his way to a 6th round knockout victory.
It remains to be seen if Lumacad's chin can hold up
