| This cut cancelled the first fight |
Originally David Haye (26-2, 24 KO) was supposed to face off against Tyson Fury (21-0, 15 KO) on September 21st of 2013. That fight was cancelled when Haye suffered a bad cut above his left eye during a sparring session. The fight was then rescheduled for February 8th of 2014 but that won't happen either. This time around the fight has been canceled because Haye is just had major reconstructive shoulder surgery and doctors have told him to seriously consider retiring. If Haye decides to continie boxing he will face a long and difficult road back to the ring.
