Delvin Rodriguez vs. Freddy Hernandez: At this point Delvin Rodriguez (27-6-3, 15 KO) should just be referred to as "The King of FNF" because he constantly brings great action fights to the program. This Friday he will be taking on Freddy Hernandez (30-4, 20 KO). Although Hernandez has the more impressive record, he is only 1-3 in his last 4 fights, although two of those losses came against Andre Berto and Erislandy Lara, two of the more talented fighters in the sport. However Rodriguez hasn't been ultra impressive in his last 4 fights either going 2-1-1, with the loss coming against Austin Trout. Fans of Friday Night Fights will remember Rodriguez's last fight when he utterly destroyed George Tahdooahnippah. While Hernandez has fought the better talent recently it is hard to pick against Rodriguez in a fight that is sure to be full of action at close range. I expect Delvin Rodriguez to get another win on FNF via majority decision in this 10 round, junior middleweight fight.
