I guess Manny Pacquiao got antsy watching Floyd Mayweather fight on Saturday night because he wasted no time announcing his next fight. Pacquiao will be taking on tough as nails Brandon Rios on November 24th in a welterweight bout from Macau, China. The fight will be televised on HBO PPV.
