Robert Guerrero who is set to face Floyd Mayweather on May 4th in the biggest fight of his career has been arrested. He was arrested Thursday morning at JFK Airport in NYC for trying to carry a gun on to a plane. According to Fox New York he was carrying a .40 caliber Smith & Wesson semi-automatic handgun, and did not have any ammunition with him. Guerrero told the ticket counter he had a gun with him, and that is when police were called and he was arrested. Guerrero does have a permit to carry the gun in California, but that permit does not extend to New York. How this arrest will affect the fight on May 4th is unseen.
