As we know from before Robert Guerrero has been arrested in NYC for trying to board an airplane with an unloaded gun. He has since been released but is facing serious charges. Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown stated that Guerrero has been charged with one count of criminal possession of a firearm and three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. If Guerrero is convicted he faces up to four years in prison. Good news for fight fans is that this will not impact the fight, and it will take place on May 4th as scheduled. This could however have a serious impact on Guerrero's future in boxing.
